Sales Manager
Vecteezy is one of the world’s largest creative marketplaces, and they are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and scale their revenue team. The role involves coaching, performance management, and driving the team to meet and exceed revenue targets while ensuring team success through strategic planning and operational execution.

Responsibilities
Manage and coach 5 Account Executives, 1 Account Manager, and 1–2 SDRs
Set clear revenue targets and activity expectations for each role
Monitor pipeline health, deal progress, and forecast accuracy across the team
Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins
Develop and implement sales processes, playbooks, and best practices
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to align go-to-market strategy
Recognize top performers and ensure accountability for team goals
Identify gaps in skills or processes and implement training/coaching to close them
Support recruiting, onboarding, and ramping new sales hires
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing a B2B SaaS sales team (5+ direct reports preferred)
Track record of coaching reps to exceed quotas and KPIs
Strong analytical and operational skills — ability to manage pipeline, forecast, and identify risks
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strategic mindset with the ability to implement scalable processes
