Chief Revenue Cycle Services Officer

Responsibilities
Own full P&L accountability for assigned large-cap client partnerships, including revenue, margin, yield improvement, and cost optimization
Assess client current-state revenue cycle performance and define comprehensive transformation roadmaps to improve financial and operational outcomes
Execute transformation plans that deliver sustainable yield improvement, operational efficiency, and measurable financial impact
Provide executive oversight of revenue cycle operations, including leadership of rebadged client teams and Med-Metrix operational leaders
Ensure staffing, operational execution, transformation initiatives, and client services are tightly integrated to drive end-to-end process optimization
Lead and oversee transformation teams focused on yield improvement, automation, workflow redesign, and performance improvement
Ensure transformation initiatives are prioritized, resourced, and executed in alignment with client and Med-Metrix strategic goals
Establish and track KPIs to measure performance improvements and value realization
Serve as the primary accountable executive for client C-suite relationships
Lead monthly and quarterly executive governance forums, providing clear performance updates, financial outcomes, and strategic direction
Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, aligning Med-Metrix capabilities to client strategic and financial goals
Partner with Med-Metrix divisional leaders to facilitate the displacement of incumbent client vendor partners with Med-Metrix services
Hold Med-Metrix divisions accountable for operational performance, service quality, and achievement of client outcomes
Collaborate with product strategy and technology leaders to deploy best-in-class Med-Metrix and third-party tools that enable automation, analytics, and process improvement
Ensure execution of all strategic partnership commitments and long-term growth objectives
Establish clear performance metrics, financial targets, and accountability frameworks across operations, transformation, and client services
Translate operational initiatives into measurable financial outcomes, including yield improvement, cost reduction, and margin expansion
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence
Other duties as assigned
Use, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
Understand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times
Limit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to perform assigned duties
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, with a strong emphasis on revenue cycle management, operations, and large-scale transformation
Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional teams across operations, transformation, technology, and client services
Proven success as a P&L owner with accountability for financial performance, margin improvement, and yield optimization
Deep analytical capability with the ability to translate complex operational initiatives into clear financial outcomes and executive-level insights
Extensive experience engaging with and influencing C-suite stakeholders, including executive governance and strategic partnership management
Strong executive presence, change leadership skills, and ability to drive alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
