Responsibilities

Create engagement strategies to deepen connections with AI-focused communities
Collaborate closely with community management agency on engagement, reporting, and strategy
Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data and provide recommendations to improve the overall community experience

Required

Preferred

Familiar with Sprinklr, Jira and Brandwatch tooling
Content creation experience
Stays up to date with Industry trends related to Community Management Social, Managing Community groups in platforms like Groups, Discord, Reddit, etc
