Responsibilities

Perform microbiological testing and validations on raw materials and finished products (Bioburden, Endotoxin, Sterility, and PET)
Support daily operations of the QC Microbiology lab
Conduct equipment qualifications and assist with audits
Help organize and perform Media Fills and Reads
Identify and help resolve quality issues; suggest improvements
Review and interpret test data for accuracy and compliance
Write and revise reports, protocols, and SOPs as needed
Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and GMP standards
Communicate and collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments
Assist with troubleshooting and team training
Maintain lab supplies and equipment to meet testing schedules

Required

Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific field
1 year of microbiology industry experience, including Bioburden, Endotoxin, and Sterility testing
Hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing or laboratory environment
