Business Intake Analyst

Haynes and Boone, LLP is one of the largest law firms in Dallas, seeking a Business Intake Analyst to support the firm's financial business systems. The role involves improving processes within the department, analyzing business data, and managing client and matter information change requests to ensure data quality and compliance with firm policies.

Responsibilities

Assist with the development and maintenance of intake processes and standards to ensure overall client and matter data quality
Create and update related process documentation and assist with the development, maintenance, and execution of related end user training programs
Manage data associated with clients and matters for departing attorneys
Process the needed client and matter information change requests in compliance with firm policies
Perform database research and analyze data and metrices to facilitate processing of open, close, or change requests
Provide user assistance related both to the intake process and the matter management process
Assist with firm technology projects involving new business intake and accounting
Recommend to the New Business Intake Manager changes to the process and/or system based on observations and interactions with users
Act as liaison between accounting and other teams or departments as needed
Perform related duties and other projects as assigned

Required

At least 2 years of experience with business systems
Technical knowledge of databases
