Account Executive (Employee Benefits - Brokerage)
Helios HR, in partnership with NFP, is seeking an Account Executive to join their Employee Benefits team focused on mid-market clients in Bethesda. This role involves managing client relationships, supporting benefits strategy design, and collaborating with team members to deliver comprehensive employee benefits solutions.
Responsibilities
Support Consultants in managing employee benefits clients across medical, dental, life, and disability
Partner on renewals, RFPs, benchmarking, plan design analysis, and cost projections
Analyze and interpret data using Excel and present client ready insights
Participate in client meetings and collaborate closely with Analysts and team members
Qualification
Required
Current Account Executives or Senior Account Executives in employee benefits
Client focused professionals who value teamwork, learning, and impact
Active Life & Health license required
Preferred
3–5 years of industry experience preferred
