5+ years expUniversal Orlando Resort is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple technology initiatives for UDX Operations and Technology. This role involves planning, execution, and management of project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across various business groups.

Responsibilities
Develop & manage project plans, high-level milestones, GANTT charts, resource plans, and supporting budgets
Oversee processes, PI Planning, and Program execution including creation and ownership of timelines and budgets. Facilitate changes to plans and the impacts of those changes, including budgets
Provide input to avoid Program bottlenecks. Escalate impediments and manage risks by providing mitigation recommendations
Communicate Program Information, status, and key health metrics to stakeholders. Facilitate inter-team communication and resolution of Program-level dependencies
Run status meetings and/or scrum team ceremonies (daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc. as needed)
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher required
5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager
2+ years of experience supporting/ managing multiple Project Managers or Scrum Masters simultaneously
Proven oral, written, and business presentation skills
Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines
Self-motivated & accountable, with a high level of commitment to responsibility
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to work across multiple groups
Schedule flexibility is needed to meet time zone needs
Consistent attendance is a job requirement
This role is responsible for working across many departments and locations of Universal Destinations and Experiences
The role will work effectively & positively in a highly complex and dynamic working environment
Will need to balance a broad set of priorities and ensure HR system and the related integration supports the business
Preferred
Information Technology or technical degree
PMP and CSM certs
