Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and ensure adherence to Scrum framework and best practices
Remove impediments and proactively manage dependencies and risks
Work closely with Product Owners to support backlog grooming, prioritization, and release planning
Track and report sprint metrics such as velocity, burndown, and delivery commitments
Foster collaboration between engineering, data, QA, and business stakeholders
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document data requirements
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and data specifications
Analyze data sources, data flows, transformations, and reporting requirements
Work with Data Engineers, BI teams, and QA to validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Support dashboard, reporting, and analytics use cases with strong data validation logic
Assist in UAT planning and validation for data-driven features
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Business Analyst or in data-focused projects
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC
Solid knowledge of data concepts: SQL querying and data validation, Data warehousing and ETL processes, Reporting and dashboarding concepts
Experience working with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple dependencies
Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to change
Ability to bridge business, data, and technology teams effectively
Preferred
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
Experience in Healthcare, EHR, or regulated domains
