Trimming access flash and removal of sprues from plastic
Assemble and packaging
Proper use of hand tools
Record keeping for accurate production; including counts, defective parts, quantity produced, downtime and uptime
Keeping work area clean, organized and free from clutter
Basic understanding of types of plastics
Assistance in training new employees
All other duties assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Legal eligibility to work in the United States of America
Ability to speak, read and write English
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of personnel
Basic math skills and some mechanical abilities
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary, such as overtime, weekends and travel
Capable of lifting, pulling and pushing up to 50 pounds of various sizes and shapes
Capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time and climbing ladders or other equipment for cleaning
Capable of effectively managing job related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary

Preferred
1 to 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
