Responsibilities
Managing and optimizing Active Directory and local infrastructure
Administering Azure (VMs, Azure AD/Entra ID, networking)
Supporting Office 365 / Microsoft 365 environments
Creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts and automation workflows
Managing and optimizing RDS (Remote Desktop Services) multi-tenant environments a plus
Managing and troubleshooting FSLogix
Working with networking technologies including firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs, and SD-WAN
Handling escalations, migrations, system improvements, and project work
Communicating directly with clients while managing multiple priorities
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with RDS, Azure, Office 365, and FSLogix
Advanced PowerShell scripting
Solid networking knowledge (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs)
Previous MSP or fast-paced service provider experience
Excellent troubleshooting ability and strong communication skills
