Responsibilities
Act as a subject-matter resource for AP, AR, and account reconciliations
Support an ERP migration and other internal operational projects
Process and review AP invoices, support payment runs, and resolve discrepancies
Support invoicing, cash application, AR aging, and customer account issues
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly bank and cash reconciliations
Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
4–7+ years of hands-on experience across AP, AR, and reconciliations
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and close processes
Experience with ERP/accounting systems and payroll platforms such as ADP
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
