Responsibilities

Deliver, replenish, and rotate coffee, tea, and related products; set beverage stations to standard

Manage invoices, inventory, and collections on route

Use the Farmer Brothers Way to Sell to strengthen loyalty; make opportunistic sales calls when time allows

Report inefficiencies, dissatisfaction, and new opportunities—especially when running route relief

Support ASM initiatives including inventory cycle counts, warehouse tasks, and customer-related assignments

Learn basic brewing equipment maintenance and make minor repairs/adjustments

Assist, as needed, with warehouse operations, A/R collections, and customer service activities
