Adobe CDP Architect – Remote (U.S. Travel)
Stott and May is a leading consulting firm seeking an experienced Adobe CDP Architect with hands-on experience in Adobe RTCDP implementations. The role involves advising on architecture, governance, and best practices while managing data models and ensuring compliance with privacy policies.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary platform expert for Adobe RTCDP, advising on architecture, governance, and best practices
Architect data models, schemas, datasets, and mappings aligned with GSAM and enterprise-scale AEP and CDP requirements
Design and document identity strategies including identity namespaces, stitching rules, and profile merging logic
Manage user roles and permissions in AEP to ensure proper access controls
Oversee system health and lead engineers through regular maintenance protocols to ensure compliance with organizational policies
Architect for Federated Audience Composition (FAC) and federated data access patterns to enable cross-system audience building and data usage
Plan and oversee data ingestion pipelines, including batch, streaming, SDK and API, ensuring integrity, completeness, and privacy compliance
Align RTCDP architecture with enterprise data governance, privacy policies, and global data models
Lead discovery sessions to define use cases, identify data requirements, and uncover technical constraints
Provide expert guidance on CDP operational models, adoption patterns, and maturity roadmaps
Validate data models, ingestion mappings, and identity stitching for accuracy and scalability
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in MarTech, MarTech architecture, or data engineering
Hands on experience across full end-to-end Adobe RTCDP implementations, including architecture, ingestion, identity design, and activation
3 or more years of hands-on Adobe RTCDP and AEP experience, including XDM schema design, profile enablement, ingestion, and identity resolution
Experienced with APIs, streaming ingestion, and ETL or ELT pipelines
Experience designing for federated data architectures, including Federated Audience Composition (FAC)
Strong understanding of Identity Service, stitching logic, profile merging, and multi-source identity and privacy challenges
Knowledge of privacy, consent, data governance, GDPR or CCPA, and enterprise security models
Proficient understanding of programming languages such as Python, Javascript, or SQL
Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, collaboration, solution documentation, and client-facing consulting skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Tags (Launch), Adobe Analytics, CJA, and Journey Optimizer strongly preferred
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and data warehouses such as Snowflake, Salesforce CDP, Segment, BigQuery, or Redshift
