Drive day-to-day execution of the UKG Kronos implementation
Partner closely with the Program Manager and the project team
Own project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Lead status meetings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders
Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep the project on track

Required

Proven experience managing large-scale system implementations
