Senior Engineering Manager (Onsite)
RTX is transforming the future of flight by designing, building, and servicing engines. They are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in Bridgeport, WV, managing assignments, budgets, and performance to achieve operational targets.

Responsibilities
Directs activities of engineering or technical personnel involved in providing technical direction related to repair development, work scope generation, modifying or testing products
Manages the budget, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs
Manages major responsibilities across multiple engineering disciplines on a regular basis
Performs engineering activities that cannot be attributed to a defined discipline
Research and implement engineering solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency
Work with manufacturing to improve current/develop new processes to drive productivity and profitability. Provide technical directions to manufacturing
Qualification
Required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Advanced Degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 8 years' experience in a Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering role supporting Aftermarket repair and overhaul processes, OR a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and minimum 10 years' prior relevant experience
Preferred
Previous experience as an Engineering Manager in an Aerospace or other Aftermarket Aviation environment
Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace engineering
Prior experience with P&W Canada engine models (PT-6, PW300/500, PW800, etc.)
