The Business Office Manager Assistant supports the Business Office Manager by maintaining accurate financial records and managing the Resident Funds Management System.

Responsibilities

Supports the Business Office Manager by maintaining accurate financial records for the facility

Managing the Resident Funds Management System (RFMS)

Preparing accurate monthly financial reports

Records resident withdrawals

Maintains daily trust account balances

Processes personal bill payments

Ensures secure, organized handling of receipts and documentation

Sorting and processing mail

Handling incoming calls

Completing bank deposits and withdrawals

Maintaining a professional and orderly workspace

Collaborates with the Business Office Manager to print checks

Provides administrative support

Consistently applying company policies and upholding resident confidentiality

Promotes a positive, inclusive workplace culture

Supports customer service excellence

Adheres to the Residents’ Bill of Rights in all interactions
