Responsibilities

Configuration as code for infrastructure, system configuration, and application deployments
Design and deploy cloud solutions on AWS
Automate operations and maintenance activities
Review security scan reports and address findings
Apply patches, upgrades, and application deployments
Monitor application availability and aide in resolving operational issues

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
6+ years of experience with system administration of RPM-based Linux distributions (Amazon Linux, RHEL, CentOS, etc.)
Automation experience with AWS cloud services (VPC, EC2, S3, CloudFormation, etc)
Experience with fully automated infrastructure, system, and application deployment with technologies like CloudFormation or Terraform
Experience with shell scripting
Experience with government and industry security standards (CIS, STIG, or NIST 800-53) and remediating issues identified during security audits
Experience with version control and CI/CD pipeline tools
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance
