Responsibilities

Assisting in the management and mentoring of Analysts
Drafting materials (marketing materials, pitch decks, client presentations, industry updates, etc.)
Leading and overseeing the preparation of financial models (forecast models, valuation models, etc.)
Preparing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial information
Conducting industry and company-specific research and due diligence
Identifying potential strategic and financial (e.g., private equity) buyers for our clients
Supporting the due diligence process of buyers, including managing online data rooms
Interacting with clients regularly, including attending client meetings
Assisting in the development of client, prospective client, and professional advisor relationships
Participating in the overall growth and culture of the firm

Required

1-2 years of investment banking experience at the Associate level OR 3+ years of investment banking, private equity, or M&A experience
Bachelor's degree required (finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred)
Financial modeling experience, including DCF, LBO, revenue/expense builds, and 3-statement models
Deep knowledge of accounting and finance principles with strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with impeccable attention to detail
Excellent writing, verbal communication, and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging environment
Candidates must be able to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects at once and learn quickly
