Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support for the Costco sales team, including order processing, scheduling demos, and resolving discrepancies

Serve as a liaison between Costco, clients, and internal sales teams to ensure smooth execution and communication

Support vendor and product setup within Costco systems

Manage and maintain key client documentation such as buy docs, NLC sheets, event contracts, and promotional agreements

Process and manage Costco purchase orders, including resolving pricing, delivery, and fulfillment issues

Support promotional planning and execution across demos, roadshows, endcaps, TPDs, margin adjustments, and audits

Utilize Costco CRX data to support forecasting, strategy development, and business-building insights

Provide retail, category, and industry context to help identify opportunities and risks

Track accruals, merchandising funds, and promotional spend

Support reconciliation, audit processes, and Costco claims

Proactively identify process improvements and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency

Required

3–5 years of experience supporting a Costco account

Hands-on experience using Costco CRX data for forecasting and actionable insights

Experience supporting trade management and promotional activities at Costco

Working knowledge of Costco audit and reconciliation processes

Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Proven ownership mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Curiosity for retail and adaptability in a constantly changing marketplace
