Lead and support NRC licensing and regulatory submissions for SMR projects
Provide expert guidance on compliance with federal nuclear regulations and industry standards
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure designs meet regulatory requirements
Monitor evolving nuclear regulations and advise teams on implications for design and operations
Support documentation, audits, and technical reports required for licensing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in nuclear licensing or regulatory compliance
Strong understanding of NRC processes, standards, and requirements
Experience with SMR, LWR, or advanced reactor programs is highly desirable
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience with DOE or international nuclear regulatory frameworks
Familiarity with safety analysis and reactor design documentation
