The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, configuration, user support, and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Administer and support Salesforce platform with a focus on Health Cloud implementations
Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows, page layouts, and record types
Manage Health Cloud data models including patient profiles, care plans, provider data, and clinical data integration
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA knowledge is a plus)
Handle user management, security settings, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Support integrations with external systems (EHR/EMR, third-party healthcare applications)
Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and sandbox refreshes
Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing production support
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
Qualification
Required
5–6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
Solid understanding of Salesforce standard functionality, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and reporting/dashboards
Experience working in healthcare domain projects
Knowledge of data security, sharing models, and compliance requirements
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201 / Admin Certified)
Health Cloud Accreditation or related certifications
Experience with integrations and data migration tools
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
