Responsibilities
Participate in and lead technical interviews
Designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade GenAI solutions
Implement real-world GenAI use cases such as chatbots, summarization, knowledge assistants, and automation
Work with AWS services including Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, IAM, and CloudWatch
Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
Integrate GenAI solutions with applications using RESTful APIs
Qualification
Required
6+ years of overall software engineering experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI solutions
Strong experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Amazon Bedrock
Proven experience implementing real-world GenAI use cases (chatbots, summarization, knowledge assistants, automation)
Strong AWS experience, including: Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, IAM and CloudWatch
Solid experience with Python (mandatory); JavaScript/Node.js is a plus
Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
Hands-on experience with vector databases (OpenSearch, Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and guardrails
Experience integrating GenAI solutions with applications using RESTful APIs
Ability to conduct or support technical interviews, especially for GenAI and AWS-focused roles
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience in telecom, media, or large-scale consumer platforms
Exposure to Contact Center AI or conversational AI solutions
Experience with LLMOps / MLOps
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (CloudFormation or Terraform)
Prior experience mentoring engineers or participating in interview panels
