Responsibilities

Provide leadership for estimates and proposals including cost analysis, estimate coordination, as well as development and review of trade takeoffs and internal pricing

Oversee all capital bids before submission

Delegate new customer opportunities within estimating team

Evaluate subcontract cost estimates and proposals, as well as preparing/reviewing self-perform estimates, ensuring coordination with estimators, and assembling final estimate for owner

Drive and maintain all National Opportunities Reporting

Onboard and manage estimating team

Perform productivity analysis of cost estimates, comparisons of scope, quantities, and cost data between projects

Negotiate with and engage in subcontract solicitation during the bidding process and maintain master subcontractor/vendor lists by trade

Compare and analyze competitive subcontractor and supplier bids

Exceed expectations with excellent customer service, operational excellence, and strategic insight

Maintain Company quality standards with subcontractors and vendors while performing in a high-volume bid environment
