Atelier Ten is an international consultancy focused on creating sustainable, high-performance buildings. They are seeking a BREEAM Assessor to support project teams with BREEAM and Home Quality Mark assessments, managing documentation processes and certification.

Analyse feasibility of specific credits
Manage the overall documentation process and certification

Qualification

Qualified BREEAM assessorBREEAM AP accreditationSustainability degreeCertification schemesEmbodied carbon LCA assessmentsMicrosoft Excel

Required

Bachelor's or higher degree in a field related to sustainability and environmental building design
Qualified BREEAM assessor
0-4 years' professional experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred

Ideally BREEAM AP accreditation (training will be provided for this if not already qualified)
Knowledge of other certification schemes, such as the WELL Building Standard, LEED, etc
Experience of guiding design teams to achieve BREEAM or other schemes' target ratings and assessing the project for certification
Knowledge/experience of embodied carbon LCA assessments
