Responsibilities
Lead and oversee global Procurement Operations, including systems, processes, and team performance
Own requisition-to-pay (R2P) processes, purchase orders, contract reviews, and approvals
Partner with Legal, Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and Compliance to optimize supplier and contract management
Ensure SOX compliance and maintain a best-in-class internal control environment
Manage Procurement Master Data, supplier risk evaluation, and transactional purchasing activities
Develop and lead procurement metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and spend analytics
Perform data mining and spend analysis to support category strategies, cost savings, and sourcing pipelines
Support strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier performance management
Build executive-ready business and financial presentations
Proactively identify operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field
7+ years of procurement operations experience
5+ years hands-on experience with procurement systems, supplier analytics, and reporting
Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and shared services environments
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, mid-sized company environment
Preferred
Strong experience with procurement technologies (Oracle Cloud Fusion strongly preferred)
