Responsibilities
Full accountability for parts operations across multiple branches and states
Lead inventory planning, forecasting, procurement, logistics, and supplier performance
Partner closely with executive leadership, sales, service, and operations to align parts support with customer demand
Build, lead, and develop Parts Managers and regional teams, setting clear standards and expectations
Strengthen supplier relationships to improve pricing, lead times, and fill rates
Oversee quoting, order processing, warranty claims, returns, and core management
Improve systems, reporting, and processes to support scale and growth
Qualification
Required
Senior-level parts leadership experience within aggregate, construction, or heavy equipment dealerships
Strong commercial understanding of inventory control, supply chain, vendor negotiation, and margin management
Proven experience leading multi-location teams across a wide geographic territory
Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
Strong systems capability, including inventory platforms and standard business tools
Willingness to travel regularly
