Administrative Assistant II (Job 2915)
The Arizona Supreme Court is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant II to join their Attorney Admissions Unit. This role involves providing advanced administrative support, coordinating committee meetings, and handling various inquiries related to attorney admissions and the Bar Exam.

Responsibilities
Provide advanced administrative, clerical, and technical support for the Attorney Admissions Unit
Coordinate committee meetings
Answer the attorney admissions phone line
Monitor the attorney admissions general email account and address applicant inquiries
Handle mail, email, copying tasks, and fingerprint processing
Process attorney applications and provide support for the administration of the biannual Bar Exam
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of three years administrative experience
Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom
Typing with accuracy
Formatting and merging of documents
Ability to operate general office equipment
Initiative, good judgment and the ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
Ability to think critically and work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in a challenging and diverse environment
Understand and preserve the confidentiality of program files, records and documents
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Demonstrated ability to draft and edit rough copy and correct for general formatting, spelling, grammar and punctuation
Ability to work and communicate effectively with court-appointed Committee Members, parties to proceedings, members of other government agencies, the court community, staff and the public
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
