Responsibilities

Supervision of other staff
Knowledge and understanding of the budget
Plan, coordinate and implement resident events and community-wide events
Vendor management skills to ensure excellent vendor partnership and relationship building
Secure all entertainment, food, decorations and items necessary to carryout event/s
Social committee liaison soliciting input and involvement from residents by attending committee meetings
Assess overall success of event/s
Additional work-related tasks may be needed

Required

Detail-oriented
Experience in planning and executing small to large scale resident and community-wide events
Event coordination skills from planning to execution
Marketing and promotions experience

Ability to secure entertainment, food, decorations and items necessary for events
Skills in building vendor partnerships and relationships
Ability to liaise with social committees and solicit input from residents
Ability to assess overall success of events
