Demonstrated experience supporting manufacturing environments (required)
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives while delivering results on schedule
Experience with IT/IS vendor management, contract negotiation, and service oversight
Track record of building and scaling enterprise systems in high-growth organizations
Strong leadership presence with the ability to collaborate and influence from frontline teams through executive leadership
Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Clear, effective communication skills with the ability to build trusted internal and external partnerships
Willingness to travel as required to support distributed teams and operations

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline
10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT/IS operations, including internal and B2B support models
Strong background in software development methodologies across production, development, and test environments
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives while delivering results on schedule
Experience with IT/IS vendor management, contract negotiation, and service oversight
Track record of building and scaling enterprise systems in high-growth organizations
