Responsibilities
Prepare landscape maintenance and construction bids to include measuring properties for field estimates, reviewing invitations to bid, and estimate preparation
Gather pricing data from suppliers and subcontractors
Compile data and calculate estimates for bid proposals
Submit accurate bids in a timely and effective manner adhering to client requested deadlines
Verify RFP data, enter to NetSuite platform and update data as needed
Prepare proposal packets
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in an Estimator role
HS Diploma or GED equivalent, Associates Degree is preferred
Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn new technology quickly
Preferred
Landscape or Construction industry experience
Aspire experience is a plus!
