Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of test automation frameworks and solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
Develop and maintain Gen AI solutions, including integration with tools like Copilot
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decision-making processes
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all projects
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in test automation using Java, Selenium, Gherkin, Git, and GitHub
Hands-on experience with Python-based automation frameworks
Proven experience in developing Gen AI solutions, including usage of Copilot
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
Experience in client communication and stakeholder management
Preferred
Ability to design and build robust automation frameworks from scratch
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues
Passion for staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
Experience mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative team environment
