They are seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the Human Resources department, assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining HR systems while delivering exceptional customer service to employees.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing face-to-face customer service to employees and managers
Perform general office duties, including operating computers, printers, and managing digital filing systems
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (Paycom preferred; experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar systems is a plus)
Prepare and process HR documentation, reports, and correspondence
Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and scheduling
Support HR team with compliance, audits, and data accuracy
Travel to multiple work sites and stores to provide HR support as needed

Required

High school diploma required
3-5 years of office, clerical, human resource experience in lieu of degree
3-5 years of face-to-face customer service required
Office experience with in-person customers, computers, scanners and digital filing system
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to travel domestically up to 30% of the time
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Work schedule Tuesday - Saturday 8-5, Training Monday-Friday 8-5
Work primarily in the HR office with extended periods of sitting
Some lifting is required for special projects
Must be able to work off-schedule hours as needed to support goals and objectives
Production floor visits required
Must have valid US work authorization
PPE is required

Preferred

Education requirements: associate degree/certification in business management or human resources, preferred
HRIS system experience (2 years): Paycom preference; Workday, Peoplesoft, etc
