Responsibilities
Develop litigation strategies for insurance coverage, business disputes, and class actions
Conduct complex legal research and draft high-level memoranda
Analyze insurance policies and claims; prepare coverage analyses and recommendations
Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
Draft motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents
Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings (virtual unless otherwise required)
Supervise and mentor associates and paralegals
Qualification
Required
7–12 years of experience in Insurance Coverage Litigation
Ability to develop litigation strategies for insurance coverage, business disputes, and class actions
Experience conducting complex legal research and drafting high-level memoranda
Ability to analyze insurance policies and claims; prepare coverage analyses and recommendations
Experience managing all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
Ability to draft motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents
Experience attending court hearings, mediations, and client meetings
Ability to supervise and mentor associates and paralegals
