Responsibilities
Verify accuracy of provider data and submit correction requests
Review provider audit reports and conduct remediation outreach
Perform frequent phone and email communication with providers
Access, review, and maintain information within internal computer systems
Detect and correct errors with a high level of accuracy
Follow detailed procedures and maintain confidentiality
Operate basic office equipment (copiers, etc.)
Use Microsoft 365 products (Excel, Word, Outlook) for daily tasks
Maintain professional demeanor and organizational efficiency
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn moderately complex systems quickly
Comfortable making outbound calls and sending professional emails
1+ year of computer experience
PC proficiency: Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to access and maintain computer-based information
Detail-oriented with the ability to detect/correct errors
Strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred
2+ years of Customer Service experience
Knowledge of health care policies, products, and procedures
Experience with Salesforce
