Tatum by Randstad is working with a client in the Las Vegas area that is in need of an interim Director of Payroll to come in on an interim basis for 4-6 months. The role involves taking on special project work and collaborating closely with the accounting department, payroll manager, and HR.

Review procedures and and work flow in the payroll department

Take on special project off of the current head of payroll's plate

Review the payment of bonuses and equity to senior leadership for accuracy

Required

10+ years of experience heading up the payroll function is required

Prior experience working on payroll for 4K+ employees is required

Prior experience with Union Payroll is required

Prior experience with process improvement and documentation is required

Excellent communication and ability to work on cross functional team is required

Preferred

Prior experience with Infinium is preferred, or other large systems like SAP, Oracle, or Workday would work as well

Prior experience handling bonus and equity payouts for leadership is desired

Prior supervisory experience is desired
