Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of large, complex technical programs from concept through execution, proactively identifying and addressing technical risks
Translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable plans that enable informed decision-making across product, engineering, design, and data teams
Apply data-driven and systems-thinking approaches to problem solving, delivering scalable and sustainable solutions
Partner closely with multiple teams and stakeholders across organizational boundaries to align priorities and deliver results
Drive a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and follow-through to ensure successful outcomes
Influence without authority by building trust, listening actively, and demonstrating empathy for teams and partners
Foster collaboration and clear communication across diverse technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience leading and managing technical programs
Preferred
Experience designing and delivering data-intensive solutions using distributed computing technologies
Hands-on experience building distributed, highly available systems in cloud environments, preferably AWS
Background in developing and scaling consumer-facing or mobile platforms
Strong experience working within Agile delivery frameworks
Proven track record of leading large, complex initiatives that require setting technical or business vision, aligning cross-functional teams, and removing delivery blockers
Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Software Engineering
