Drive Growth
Research your market, identify prospects, and build a targeted list
Execute a strategic sales plan that includes cold calling, warm follow-ups, and in-person visits
Deliver engaging presentations that leave decision-makers ready to sign
Negotiate terms, close deals, and hit your targets
Be the Client’s Trusted Partner
Build strong relationships through networking events, chambers, and local business groups
Understand client needs, confirm job details, and flag any safety issues on-site
Collaborate with recruiters to make sure every order is filled quickly and accurately
Handle service issues with urgency and professionalism to keep clients satisfied
Document your sales activity and client notes to keep your pipeline clean and clear
Work across departments to ensure a seamless process from job order to placement
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in staffing or recruiting
Strong communication and presentation skills
A knack for business development and client management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Confidence, coachability, and the ability to connect with anyone
Willingness to get out there—cold calls, site visits, networking events, all of it
