Responsibilities
Defining and driving strategic programs and technical initiatives with significant complexity and broad cross-organizational, global, or platform impact
Operate as the primary technical interface between multiple engineering teams, the customer, product, and solutions teams
Lead the process for generating accurate project estimates and managing capacity reservations for all new customer projects
Orchestrating efforts across multiple engineering teams on complex SAAS products
Manage cross-functional communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned
Building consensus and representing complex decisions, tough trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to the executive leadership team
Qualification
Required
10-15 years of relevant work experience in technical program management and Software engineering experience
Fluency with Atlassian Confluence/JIRA
Experience in productization and shipping of software products
Experience coordinating efforts to scope, schedule and deploy new features sets
Experience analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection
Expert in Software Development Life Cycle for complex SAAS products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem solving and negotiation skills to earn trust and influence partners and teams
Preferred
Experience with Software integration with HW
Experience in Robotic Material Handling & Supply Chain Domain
