Planet Pharma is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant who will exhibit high standards and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will take initiative and prioritize daily tasks while performing various administrative duties to support department managers.

Responsibilities

Completes tasks in creative and effective ways

Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative

Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions

Determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Independently performs administrative tasks

Performs general administrative duties providing support to department managers

Performs miscellaneous administrative work, including typing, database input and filing

Provides coordination and calendar scheduling of meetings, conference calls, off-site events, catering and travel arrangements

Prepares PowerPoint presentations

Collects and prepares information for reports

Distributes mail, faxes, schedules, agendas, meeting minutes and other materials upon request

Sets up videoconference equipment

Performs other administrative duties and projects as required
