Provide company wide processes analysis and support to ensure consistency between plants and identify improvement opportunities within those manufacturing facilities
Support quality initiatives with key customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field
Experience in process engineering or quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Willingness to travel domestically (approximately 15%) and occasionally internationally
