Content Creation Specialist

The Content Creation Specialist will play a key role in enhancing the company's online presence by producing diverse content and coordinating community outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

Produce content in all forms
Coordinating video shoots with Company personnel
Creating Content for Social Media and other forms of marketing
Managing video equipment and workspaces
Interact with consumers in owned digital channels using management and engagement tools
Participate in the development of real-time digital content based on monitoring social media, flagging opportunities, and formulating plans with the eCommerce team
Produce digital listening and engagement reports for internal teams to fuel development of market and competitive insights
Through experience, formal and on the job training, stay on the forefront of social media trends and best practices
Using this knowledge, and with the support of the Marketing Team, develop educational materials that share this knowledge with the TOG ecosphere
Develop and implement outreach strategies to highlight customer success stories
Increase community engagement via social media and drive performance metrics
Coordinate and calendar ongoing outreach activity by leveraging internal marketing team, along with multiple internal and external assets to share success stories, technical information, etc
Plan, implement, and coordinate special programs and events on social media
Represent TOG brands in the community at events, as appropriate
Identify and work with existing brand’s partners, sales reps, and factory advisory staff to increase digital engagement
Improve outreach strategy through a variety of online tools and techniques
Work with multi-disciplinary team to organize efforts aligned with digital engagement and eCommerce initiatives
Research competitor’s activities to ensure that TOG builds to, and remains, a leader in digital engagement in the competitive landscape
Streamline outreach impact and optimize the quality of digital engagement and consumer relationships with the brand
Draft and curate content to drive digital engagement across a variety of online channels including websites, forums, social media, and email
Working with the team, assist in implementing digital engagement strategies, including conducting basic market research and assisting with online ad purchasing
Plan, coordinate, schedule, interact and maintain TOG brand social media accounts
Work as an integral part of the team on new project initiatives, as needed
Additional duties, as assigned
The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers and managers
The ability to perform the physical, use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position, as specified on the physical demands
