The Donor Care Agent will maintain relationships with donors, ensuring clear communication about their contributions and the impact of their donations on various projects.

Responsibilities
Outbound/Inbound call center
Handling customer inquiries via telephone and email
Maintaining donor database by entering and updating customer information accurately via Salesforce
Achieving set KPI targets
Chasing/Processing pledge forms from events
Processing/Chasing Orphan Renewals, failed payments, and cancellations
Entering and updating information accurately in excel reports
Keep up to date with the events within the Charity to satisfy Donor enquiries
To attend and contribute positively to meetings, conferences and training courses as agreed with the supervisor
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, directors and the Human Appeal donors
Other duties as per the request of the Donor Care Supervisor in the interest of the organization objectives
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in Microsoft Office required
Receive feedback from donors
Provide good customer service
Increase donor donations/retention
Retain donors who may be thinking of moving to another Charity
Pass on calls to the appropriate departments for enquiries
Preferred
Visual acuity to use a keyboard and view a computer terminal
Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp
May require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand and walk
Ability to occasionally lift, carry and/or move light to medium weight up to twelve (12) pounds and/or exert up to twelve (12) pounds of force
