Responsibilities

Greet and announce all guests, including customers and vendors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer, screen, and route incoming calls appropriately; handle general telephone inquiries

Maintain a welcoming and brand-right office environment, including front lobby and conference rooms

Serve as a liaison for day-to-day office coordination needs and uphold Cole Haan’s brand standards

Provide back-up administrative support to the Leadership Team and other departments as needed

Manage conference room scheduling and resolve any conflicts

Coordinate catering orders and room set-ups

Partner with IT to ensure technology needs are met for meetings and events

Coordinate incoming food deliveries

Complete special projects as assigned, including visitor support, team administrative assistance, and ad hoc requests

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

3+ years of relevant administrative or customer-facing experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Working knowledge of standard office equipment (copiers, phones, mailing systems)

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with peers

Ability to lift 10–15 lbs as needed

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00AM-4:30PM
