Architectural Solutions Manager - California
HNI Workplace Furnishings is a global family of brands dedicated to enhancing workplace and home environments. They are seeking an Architectural Solutions Manager to support the California market by providing technical expertise and sales support related to architectural products and solutions.

Responsibilities
Review, interpret, and understand construction documents providing technical solutions and understanding of project scope related to construction, design, and/or architecture
Provide supportive/consultative sales support and training to the Allsteel customer and territory sales team related to architectural solutions and products
Maintain and provide solid understanding knowledge of construction practices, international building codes, and ADA requirements
Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers, dealer partners, end users, and Allsteel members to promote Architectural Solutions and products
Perform needs analysis with customer and influencer to provide architectural product solutions, utilizing the tools and resources provided
Demonstrate high attention to detail and strong technical skills related to design and/or architecture
Successfully identify and develop sales leads for new business, driving close rates and generating revenue opportunities in the assigned territory
Identify and inform field sales force (Account Managers, Business Development Managers, A&D Representatives, Government Account Managers, and/or Region Managers) of business development opportunities within client organizations
Work across the sales organization, including Dealer Sales Representatives, A&D Representatives, Strategic Accounts, and Business Development Managers to achieve sales goals
Qualification
Required
Frequent travel is expected in this role
Deep understanding of Architectural Product offerings and applications
Technical expertise and resources to external partners and internal sales teams

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Previous Architectural products sales experience
3-5 years' experience in consultative sales environment
