The Staff Development Coordinator RN is responsible for conducting education, training, and quality assurance while fostering employee growth and retention within the organization.

Conducting education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audit tools as directed by the Director of Nursing Services

Assisting with new employee hiring

Championing employee recognition and retention programs

Serving as an advocate for growth and development within the company

Required

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license
