Supporting cross functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and operations
Qualification
Required
Highly organized, highly motivated self-starter that can take instruction
Critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to execute to a detailed plan
Experience interpreting customer specification and apply them to design requirements
Experience in cabling and cable layout
Demonstrated project management skills
Experience in analog and digital circuits developing detailed schematics, test procedures, and fabrication specifications
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost, quality and delivery improvements
Ability to estimate timelines and generate schedules a plus
Demonstrated written and oral presentations skills
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college in BSEE with minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in design
Must be US Person or Permanent Resident
Preferred
Experience in printed circuit boards for instrument panels
Experience interpreting mechanical drawings, GD&T, and tolerancing stack-ups a plus
Experience in thermal and dynamic analysis a plus
Experience working with military specification for aircraft instrument panels a plus
Ability to evaluate cost, and risk preferred
Experience with Python or LabView a plus
