Responsibilities

Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch incoming and outgoing mail in accordance with established SLAs

Process all mail including interoffice, packages, overnight deliveries, and certified mail

Prepare outgoing mail, including metering, labeling, tracking, and logging as required

Coordinate with external courier and delivery vendors to ensure timely and accurate service

Assist with print production tasks including copying, scanning, collating, and finishing documents

Operate and maintain print and mail equipment

Perform basic troubleshooting of print and mail equipment and escalate issues as needed

Support high-volume print jobs and deadline driven projects

Ensure print requests are completed accurately and within established turnaround times

Handle and pay invoices for mail and print services

Assist with associate training as needed

Participate in quality assurance testing, disaster recovery testing, or other projects as assigned by manager

Understand and remain current on related industry activity, changes, regulations, etc

Required

At least 4 years of banking or financial administrative experience

Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Worked autonomously, escalating issues, problems etc. as appropriate

Ability to recognize errors, issues, special requests, or inconsistencies in daily operations to solve or escalate to appropriate associate or manager
