Sales & Executive Operations Coordinator
ExperINS is a modern benefits brokerage focused on helping growing businesses with their employee benefit strategies. The Sales & Executive Operations Coordinator will support the CEO and Head of Sales by managing schedules, coordinating sales follow-ups, and building systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for the CEO and Head of Sales
Draft and coordinate follow-up emails after meetings and sales calls
Attend select sales calls and internal meetings to gain context and anticipate next steps
Protect focus time and help prioritize requests
Track next steps from sales conversations and ensure follow-ups happen on time
Maintain clean CRM records and meeting notes
Coordinate outreach, scheduling, and reminders with prospects and partners
Help plan and coordinate HR and leadership events
Manage event logistics, communications, and post-event follow-up
Support in-person and virtual events as needed
Turn verbal conversations into documented next steps and simple processes
Help create SOPs and lightweight systems to reduce repeat work
Identify small process improvements that save time and reduce friction
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Comfort working with calendars, email, and CRM tools
Ability to learn quickly and operate with limited instruction
Willingness to work in a hybrid, in-office environment
Preferred
Experience supporting sales, executives, or events
Comfort interacting with executives, prospects, and partners
Experience coordinating meetings, follow-ups, or projects
Interest in sales operations, revenue operations, or marketing
