Inventory Specialist

TAI is a full-service, multi-disciplinary engineering and construction firm that has been delivering integrated solutions for over 35 years. They are seeking an MRO Technician to manage material flow and inventory within a large-scale manufacturing environment, ensuring that all components are accurately labeled, located, and available for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

The MRO Technician will be responsible for supporting day to day operations within the Facilities & Engineering Department at a Multi-Product Large Scale Biologics Manufacturing Facility, which operates 24/7
The MRO Technician will be responsible for the physical inventory of spare parts for the Facilities & Engineering dept, as well as Manufacturing
Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
Labeling every product and placing them accordingly
Identifying and locating the right products during the delivery process
Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory
Handling returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication
Keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance
Conveying purchasing requirements and keeping data on the availability of products in short supply
Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products
Operate a standup forklift

Required

HS diploma, technical school, or military training and experience in relevant field
1 to 3 Years' Experience working as a material handler or technician, preferably with gmp/lab equipment
Good mechanical aptitude and administrative skills required
