The Presentation SME will act as a strategic storytelling and executive communication partner, translating complex business initiatives into compelling, executive-ready presentations that drive alignment, decisions, and momentum across the organization.

Responsibilities

Partner directly with Directors and Senior Vice Presidents to develop executive-level presentations and business narratives
Translate complex consumer banking initiatives into clear, concise, and visually compelling decks and sales enablement materials
Create presentation prototypes, strawman decks, executive summaries, and strategic updates for high-visibility initiatives
Determine optimal visual storytelling approaches, including charts, layouts, and narrative flow to maximize impact
Identify content gaps, misalignment, or bottlenecks and proactively recommend solutions to improve executive communication

Required

5+ years of experience supporting executive presentations, business analysis, consulting, or sales enablement functions

Strong business acumen with the ability to extract insights, define the 'so what,' and communicate implications clearly
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent demonstrated business and storytelling expertise
